Jeremy  Bishop grew up in the construction industry where as a child, his father was a trim carpenter and cabinet maker.  An interest in both construction and art led him to pursue a career in architectural design.  After graduating from college he went to work as a draftsman for a local architecture firm in his home town of Morehead City, North Carolina. There he worked on many municipal and state funded projects. Having a passion for true custom design, Jeremy moved to Wilmington, North Carolina where he began working for one of the areas leading custom architectural firms.  In 2005 Jeremy started his own drafting and home design firm-On the Grid Design.  Since starting his own studio, Jeremy has been able to collaborate with many of the Wilmington areas architects and builders as well as designing his own projects.
